Dressed In my traditional red tail-coat, the Toastmaster’s presence is immediately evident at any function. However, much of my preparation and organisational work is undertaken in the preceding weeks and will entail liaising with all parties involved in ensuring that your event is as perfect as you would like it to be.

On the day, I will arrive at your chosen venue in ample time to confirm that all the necessary arrangements are in place thus relieving you of any undue worries or concerns you may have and allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Upon consultation, I will arrange a meeting with you – and any other ‘interested parties’ – to discuss your wishes, my role and offer any help or advice that will assist in making your event a total success.
